Joint Commission

By demonstrating compliance with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization's national standards for health care quality and safety, Northwest Medical Center has earned the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval™.

Founded in 1951, the Joint Commission is dedicated to continuously improving the safety and quality of the nation's health care through voluntary accreditation.  The Joint Commission's on-site survey of Northwest Medical Center occurred in October.

Northwest Medical Center encourages those who have concerns relating to patient care and safety to contact hospital management and provide us with the opportunity to resolve those concerns.  If the concerns cannot be resolved through the hospital's grievance process, the individual is encouraged to contact the Joint Commission.
